I, the undersigned, authorized to represent the Associate partner, declare that:
I have read and accepted the rules governing the specific Call for Proposals including the conditions of the Grant Agreement, as well as read the entire grant application this - discussed it with the Coordinator organization and the Co-applicant(s) and given my agreement to it; the Associate partner will contribute to the implementation of the proposal as described of this Declaration and in the relevant sections of the grant application this Declaration is attached to.
I acknowledge that the Associate partner may be subject to administrative and financial penalties should it be found guilty of misrepresentation as provided for the Rules of Application of the Financial Regulation.
